Windows uses command-line parameters in Remote Desktop Connection

In this version of Windows, you can start a Remote Desktop connection from the Search box (Run dialog box or command line) instead of starting it from the Start menu.

To start Remote Desktop from the Run dialog box

1. Click Start, All Programs, accessories, and then run.

2. In the Open box, type MSTSC.

3. Type a space, and then type any additional parameters that you want to use after the space.
