13.4.2 to build a home network

Windows XP has a strong network function, most of the network settings can be implemented through the corresponding Network Connection Wizard, the user only need to do simple setup operations can be easily completed. Building a home network in Windows XP is easy to do with the Network Setup Wizard, and you can refer to the following steps:

(1) Click the "Start" button, select "All Programs" ∣ "∣", "Communications" ∣ "Network Setup Wizard" command, open the Network Setup Wizard dialog box, as shown in Figure 13.32.

(2) The wizard dialog box shows what you can do with the wizard dialog box, click the Next button, and open the Network Setup Wizard Two dialog box, as shown in Figure 13.33.

(3) The wizard dialog box shows the network connection, the user should be ready to work, click the Next button, open the Network Setup Wizard of the three dialog box, as shown in Figure 13.34.

(4) There are three options in the wizard dialog box, and the user can choose the right option according to the actual situation. This example selects the "Other" option, clicks the Next button, and goes to the Network Setup Wizard Four dialog box, as shown in Figure 13.35.
