WINDOWS10 and ubuntu16.04 Two systems under the wrong time

Recently installed WINDOWS10 and ubuntu16.04 dual system, still appeared to loved the old problem, after loading, in the Windows time zone is not right, the previous ways are:

sudo gedit/etc/default/RCSUTC=yes changed to Utc=no

However, there is no effect, ubuntu16.04 there is no UTC this one!

Then Google took a half-day to find a perfect solution:

Update your time in Ubuntu to make sure you have the right time:

sudo apt-get install ntpdate
sudo ntpdate time.windows.com

Then update the time to the hardware:

sudo hwclock--localtime--SYSTOHC

Re-enter the WINDOWS10 and find the time is back to normal!
