As the title shows: my current operating system and Python software are: Windows 10 and Python 3.5, so the Scrapy installation based on the above environment is described.

1, installation Twisted

A. First download the required twisted file (http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/), search for twisted on the given link page, and locate the WHL file you want ( Special note: The operating system is 32 or 64, the use of Python 32 or 64 ) do not mix;

　　

B. Install Twisted, switch to download directory, use PIP installation, pip install full name of download file (ex: Pip install TWISTED-17.1.0-CP35-CP35M-WIN_AMD64.WHL)
