The following workaround is available:

1, WINDOWS10 Enterprise Edition solution:

2, WINDOWS10 home version solution:

Press "Win+r", run regedit, find Hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\policies\system, create new item under System- CredSSp, new item-parameters under CredSSp, new DWORD (32-bit) value (D) type "allowencryptionoracle" in Parameters


Then change the value of Allowencryptionoracle to "2"
