The DNS server detected a replication scope that it was not listed in the directory partition ForestDnsZones.xx.com.cn. This prevents replication of zones that should replicate to all DNS servers in the Xx.com.cn forest to that DNS server.

To create or repair a forest-wide DNS directory partition, open the DNS console. Right-click the appropriate DNS server, and then click Create Default application directory partition. Follow the instructions to create this default DNS application directory partition. For more information, see "Creating a default DNS application directory Partition" in Help and support.

The error is 9002.

Issue resolution: Run the NET START Netlogon command to restart the Netlogon service problem resolution, from DNS configuration succeeded! (ipconfig/flushdns ipconfig/registerdns net STOP netlogon net START NETLOGON )
