Windows7 How to prohibit system automatic installation device driver

Select Computer to press the right mouse button "Properties".

Open the System window click "Advanced system Settings" → "Hardware" → "Device installation settings.

The Default Device Setup settings option is to install (i) from Windows Update when the driver software is not found on my computer.

If the user does not want to install the driver automatically, select "Never install driver software from Windows Update (N)" To click Save Changes.

There is also a way to turn off automatic installation, and click on the "Start" menu to select "Devices and printers."

Then select "Notebook" in "devices" as shown in the Red box! Right-click to select Device installation settings.

Select Device installation settings as "Never install driver software from Windows Update (N)" and click "Set Changes".
