Open Task Manager
If the mouse activity is still valid, right-click directly in the blank space of the desktop taskbar and select Start Task Manager.
If mouse operation does not respond, we can press "Ctrl+alt+delete" at the same time on the keyboard, bring up "task Manager".

End the explorer process
Switch to the Processes tab, locate and select the Explorer.exe process, right-click, and select End process.
Confirm the end.
New Explorer Process
Still in the Task Manager window, click File-New task runs.
Type Explorer.exe and press OK to run.
Now that the desktop is loaded, there's no problem.
