Error tips
Start IIS7 Management Server prompt: Unable to start the service on the computer w3svc
To start the Windows Process Activation Service, error: 6801 Specifies that transaction support in the resource manager is not started or is closed
Start the World Wide Web Publishing Service, Error: 1068: Dependent service or group failed to start


Fix errors
Run the command prompt fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\
Open Run input services.msc
Start Windows Process Activation service
Restart World Wide Web Publishing Service
You can start IIS7 again.
