In Windows 8 and Windows RT, there are several different ways to find and change your settings: Control Panel, Settings Super button, computer settings, and search. Most of the settings you want to change can be found in computer settings.

To open the computer settings method
Swipe from the right edge of the screen to the middle, click "Settings" and click "Change Computer Settings".

In computer settings, you can personalize the start screen and the lock screen, customize the search and share super buttons, add user accounts, and change various other settings.
To open the Control Panel method
Open Control Panel in the following ways: Swipe from the right edge of the screen to the middle, click "Search" (if you use the mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, then move the pointer down, click Search), enter the control Panel in the Search box, and click or click Apply and Control Panel in turn.

The control Panel contains settings for topics and desktop backgrounds, home security, screen resolution, and so on that you are familiar with.
To open the "Set" Super button
Swipe from the right edge of the screen to the middle, and click Set.

In the Settings Super button, you will find settings, help, and information for your application, as well as some common computer settings, such as network connectivity, volume, brightness, notifications, power supplies, and keyboards. To search for settings
If you are unsure where to find the settings you want, you can search the computer.
Swipe from the right edge of the screen to the middle and click "Search". (If you use the mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, then move the pointer down, and then click Search.) )
Enter a word or phrase in the search box, click or click Settings, and then select from the list of results.
