I have two computers are win8.1. First confirm the following three points:

1. The password is not wrong

2. User connection not reached online (I am the only one trying to connect)

3. The user has turned on remote connection

At this point it is also said that the reason the credential does not work is a domain problem because MSTSC uses the Microsoftaccount domain by default. To change to the "machine name \ User Name" format is OK.
