WinForm uploading dataset data via WCF

1. Create a new WCF service application.

2. Add a service data in the WCF service, add a method upload (DataSet DS), and implement the method. Note: This method is marked as OperationContract in the service interface.

3. Start the WCF service program.

4. Add "service App" in WinForm, fill "http://localhost:4420/Data.svc" In the Browse Address field and set the appropriate namespace in the dialog box.

5. Submit data in WinForm using the following code
