The first step: add "Read Only", "system" two properties to the C:windowsfonts folder, as follows: Start-> open-> input cmd-> point determine-> input cd/d c:windows Enter the WINDOWS directory-> Then enter attrib +s +h +r Fonts. At this point, see if the Fonts folder appears as shown in Figure 1, if it appears, it has been fixed, or continue the second step.

The second step, check there is no C: Windowsfontsdesktop.ini file, Desktop.ini directly in Fonts folder because the hidden may not be found, also the settings show view all hidden files, I introduce a simple method: directly in My Computer address bar input file path C: Windowsfontsdesktop.ini pop-up file to show that there is, no is not exist.
