WinXP system print Spooler automatic shutdown how to resolve?

1, if in the WinXP, then on the desktop "My Computer" icon on the right click, select "Management." The Computer Management window pops up.

2, double-click the "Services and Applications" in the right box, you will see the "service" after entering, and then double-click the "Service".

The window displays a number of services, in which the "Print Spooler" service is found;

3, double click to find "Print Spooler" service. The computer displays the Properties window for the "Print Spooler" service;

In this case, the service status in the attribute displays "stopped". Click the "Start" button to start the service.

4, or after the stop "Print Spooler" service, and then open "My Computer", into the local personal account folder under the PrintHood directory, all the files under it deleted;

5, and then delete all the files in the C:windowssystem32spoolprinters directory.

6, delete all the printers in the registry Hkey_local_machinesystemcontrolsetoo1controlprintprinters directory.
