Wiring Guide: Groove pipe cable laying using lattice groove requirements

When laying the cable of the movable floor, the interior clearance of the movable floor should not be less than 150 ㎜; if the air duct used as ventilating system in the movable floor, the floor clearance is not less than 300 ㎜.

(1) Groove and lattice groove must be in communication.

(2) The Groove cover plate can be opened and flush with the ground, and the waterproof measures should be taken at the outlet of the cover plate and outlet.

(3) The width of the trench should be less than 600 ㎜.

(4) When laying the cable of the movable floor, the interior clearance of the movable floor should not be less than 150 ㎜; if the air duct used as ventilating system in the movable floor, the floor clearance is not less than 300 ㎜.

(5) The use of public pillars as the ceiling support, can be placed in the column cable, pillar support points should be avoided groove and groove corresponding position, support should be strong.

(6) Different kinds of cable wiring in the metal groove should be separated from the slot (with metal plate separated) cloth. Wire Groove cable should meet the design requirements.

Cable laying support protection for trunk subsystems should meet the following requirements:

The cable should not be placed in the elevator or in the pipe shaft.

The trunk channel should be in communication with each other.

The holes in the shaft in which the cables pass through each floor are rectangular or rounded. Rectangular hole size should not be less than 300㎜x100㎜, round holes should be installed at least three round pipe, pipe diameter should not be less than 100 ㎜.

(7) When the location of the information point in the work area and the cable laying mode is undecided, or the work area is under the carpet cloth to put the cable, the work area should be set up the junction box, the service area is about 80 square centimeters.
