Then is to talk about the current social development of new technologies, entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial elements, time is not enough, thanks to the organizers of the special gave me more than 10 minutes. Very sorry.

In the ensuing interactive session, the students were very active and even asked the bat which future prospects were brighter. Is it a matter of choosing employment or starting a business for college graduates? In fact, I personally think to see the creation of what industry. Let's say that some of the technical inputs are small, so why not do it through a team of several people and projects that can be completed with innovative thinking? College students are so young and energetic and passionate, take advantage of this passion, even if not, can also accumulate experience and lessons, for the future to prepare a larger cause to lay the groundwork. But for some of the large investment, technical complex, need multi-resources and a very large number of personnel to complete the project, the University of entrepreneurship is quite difficult, I hope to be cautious.

Is it a question of choosing a big company or a small company for college graduates? I think that looking at personal pursuit and choice, overall, the big company is the background and resources, the work may be relatively small and single, but for the future of entrepreneurship or employment to provide a resounding resume, Chinese society very often look at the background and resources, the background good you haven't arrived, someone else opened the door to wait for you. You keep knocking at the door with a bad background. Other people do not have to open the door to let you in, in addition to large companies in contact with the customers and partners should be more than a great, this is a can accumulate in the future helpful resources. Small companies want is the ability and counter-business, the work that is a lot of use, the boss would like you to do anything can do well, do well scold do not want to scold, so your comprehensive ability should be improved very fast. Faced with adversity and difficulties, you will become very powerful. The cheek is thick too. Even you will become a skill talent.
