First enter a line of text, such as "Move Up and down", select all the text, click the Insert menu, select Web Components, and then a Insert Web Component dialog box, select Dynamic Effects in the list box on the left, double-click title in the right list box, and open the caption properties dialog, we can see that the text's default direction is to "left" move, change it to "right", then we have to switch to the "HTML" window, find "< marquee direction= Right" > Move up and Down </marquee > ", Change the "right" inside to "up" (or down) and switch to "preview", and you can see the font moving up and down.

　5. Arbitrary placement of pictures

In the process of making a Web page, have you ever been in a situation where you have fixed a picture and later want to move it to another place, which is not a simple matter. But you can try the absolute positioning method, you can set the size and position of the picture you want in position and size by selecting the picture, and then clicking Position under the Format menu, and choosing absolute under Positioning style in the Pop-up Positioning dialog box.
