In a Word 2007 table, the user can evenly distribute all rows or columns in the same way that the total size of the Word 2007 table does not change, making the table look more uniform, as described in the following procedure:
Step 1th, open the Word 2007 document window and click in any cell in the table.
Step 2nd, in the Open Word 2007 table Tools ribbon, switch to the Layout tab, click the Distribute rows or Distribute Columns button in the cell size group, as shown in the figure.

Tip: Users can also select the entire table, then right-click any cell in the table, and choose Word 2007, "Distribute rows evenly" or "distribute columns evenly" in the shortcut menu that you open, as shown in the figure.
