Word 2007 Tip: Set Text direction

The text direction in a Word 2007 table cell resembles the text direction in a Word 2007 text box, including horizontal (left-to-right), vertical (top to bottom), vertical (bottom to top) three orientations. The user can set the text direction in the Word table cell as appropriate, as described in the following steps:

Step 1th, open the Word 2007 document window, and in the Word table, select the cell or entire table that you want to set the text direction for.

Step 2nd, switch to the Layout tab in the Word 2007 table Tools Ribbon, click the Text Direction button in the alignment group to toggle between horizontal (left to right), vertical (top to bottom), vertical (bottom to top), three text direction, as shown in the figure.
