1. Making Calligraphy Copybook
The steps to make a calligraphy copybook using Word2010 are described below:
Step 1th, open the Word2010 window, click the file → new button, select the Calligraphy copybook option in the available Templates area, and click the Create button, as shown in Figure 1.

Step 2nd, open the increase or Decrease Character dialog box, and in the character area, in the Available characters list, drag the mouse to select the character you want as copybook. Then in the font area, in the Calligraphy font list, select the font you want (such as "Han Zhao"). Click the Add button to add the used characters area of the selected kanji and click the Close button, as shown in Figure 2.

2. Set the maximum number of characters per copybook
By default, a maximum of 100 characters can be added to each word paste, and the user may adjust the number of Chinese characters according to the actual situation, and the following steps are described:
Step 1th, in the calligraphy Copybook edit state, click the "Options" button in the calligraphy ribbon, as shown in Figure 3.

Step 2nd, open the Options dialog box and switch to the General tab. Adjust the value of the maximum number of characters in a single copybook in the character Settings area and click the OK button, as shown in Figure 4.

3. Set Copybook font size
Chinese characters in Word2010 calligraphy copybook You cannot change the font size by setting the font size, but you can resize the font by setting the number of rows per page copybook. In the General tab of the Options dialog box, change the size of the rows per page, as shown in Figure 5.

4. Set Copybook grid style
Word2010 Calligraphy Copybook provides the field character lattice, Tian Huig, nine Sudoku, the rice character lattice, the mouth character lattice and so on grid style, the user may set according to own needs the copybook grid style. Click the Grid Style button in the calligraphy Ribbon to click the grid style you want in the Open grid list, as shown in Figure 6.

5. Use third party font to make Copybook
If users want to use their own installed Third-party word system for calligraphy copybook, can also use the Word2010 calligraphy Copybook features easy to implement, the following steps are described:
Step 1th, in the Word2010 window, click the file → new button, select the Calligraphy copybook option in the available Templates area, and click the Create button.
Step 2nd, open the increase or Decrease Character dialog box, select the System Fonts Radio box in the Font area, and select the font you want in the system font Drop-down list, as shown in Figure 7.

Step 3rd, select the text and click the Add button, and then click the Close button.
Tip: If you install a new font with the Word2010 window open, you will need to reopen the Word2010 window, or you will not see the newly installed font in the System Fonts list.
6. Set the Copybook arrangement method
The copybook in Word2010 can be arranged according to the actual needs, Word2010 calligraphy copybook provides horizontal and vertical arrangement, the user can click the Text Flow button in the calligraphy Ribbon to select the arrangement, as shown in Figure 8.
