Word Annotation color and orientation

Like the following figure, find the menu "tools" → "options."

Pop up the following figure, and select the Revision tab in the following figure.

Then, as shown above, find the "annotation color" of the middle position, and then select a color in the list that you like. Once you've set it up, you can verify it.

Try inserting an annotation in Word, and you get the effect of the image above.

Knowledge Development:

In the previous Diagram dialog box, we can also set other parameters for the annotation, such as:

Specify width: Refers to the width of the annotation, where you can set its length.

Margin: Refers to the position of the annotation, you can choose the "left" and "right" two positions, the above effect is left position.

Show line to text: If √, then there will be a line between the annotation and the annotation, which is dashed by default.
