Word cannot be opened. It can only be opened in safe mode.

Method 1

The template file generally has the following path, as shown in the figure.
Note: The folder is hidden, so you need to select "show hidden files and folders" for the folder option to go to, delete the two templates, and restart "word" to open the template normally.
Path: C: \ Documents and Settings \ Administrator \ Application Data \ Microsoft \ templates

The second method is relatively simple.

After you open Word in safe mode, create a new document, as shown in figure

It will appear on the right side of word, and then click "template on the local machine"

In the pop-up template box, right-click to delete the template named "Blank template", click OK, and restart word to open it normally.
