Word cannot start the simplest solution that can start a problem in Safe mode only

The first step is to open Word and a prompt appears that says "word has encountered a problem that needs to be closed." We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this. "Here's the option to resume my work and restart Word," to select it. "Do not send" below the point. When the prompt that appears prompts you to "Start Word in Safe mode", click Yes, so you can start Word in safe mode. But it's a hassle to drive every time. So we can make the following settings.

The second step is to open the resource manager.

In the third step, enter the address bar above the resource manager: "C:documents and Settingsadministratorapplication datamicrosofttemplates", and you will find a file " Normal.dot, this is the file for Word public templates.

Step fourth, delete this file. Put it in the Recycle Bin or just go through the night to remove it.

Step Fifth, open the Word program, and Word is ready to open.

The sixth step, back to the second step open the Explorer, you can see the formation of a new "Normal.dot", then close the resource manager.
