We usually use the computer when there may be no printing materials, Word is our usual use of the most Office software. Sometimes we want to print many pages of documents in Word, and print on both sides for formatting purposes or to save paper.
The usual way to do this is to select print odd pages or print even pages in the Print Drop-down list box at the bottom of the Print dialog box to achieve double-sided printing. We are set to print odd pages first. After the odd-numbered pages have finished printing, reverse the previously printed paper back to the printer, select print even pages for the setting, and click OK. This enables two-sided printing through two print commands.
We can also use another, more flexible duplex: Open the Print dialog box, select Manual Duplex, and you will see a "Please remove the printed sheet of paper from the paper tray and put it back in the tray, and then ' OK ' press to continue printing" dialog box and start printing odd pages. After you finish typing the previously printed paper back to the printer, and then press the "OK" button in the dialog box, Word will automatically print even pages, so that only one print command.
Comparing the two methods, the latter is more convenient than the former.
