Word documents are printed and appear in different fonts

When you use Word to make a document, the fonts that you print are different from the fonts on your screen.

There are many reasons for this problem, mainly in the following ways.

1. A draft of the document is printed. You can open the print option in tools → options to see if draft output is selected, or Cancel if selected.

2.Word displays text in draft font. Open tools → options and switch to the view option to see if draft font is selected. Click Cancel if selected.

3. The printer used does not support fonts in the document. You can change the document font to a different font.
