(i) Description of the default function area

(ii) Custom Ribbon

Usually in the ribbon we see the start, insert, page layout, reference, mail, review, and view , so how do you add some additional ribbon?

1. File-----> Options-----> Customize Ribbon

2. in the Customize Ribbon, tick the ribbon you want to add, for example: development tools.

3. back to the main word interface, the custom Ribbon "development tools" was added successfully.

(iii) Quick Access Toolbar

The Quick Access Toolbar is above the ribbon, such as where the red line marks:

1. Customize the frequently used commands in the Quick Access Toolbar.

By default, Common commands are saved, typed, and re-typed , so how do you add other commands?

(iv) floating toolbar

When we select a piece of text, a floating toolbar appears.
