Output documents in Page order
We usually use the computer when there may be no printing materials, Word is our usual use of one of the most office software, then we use Word when printing documents to pay attention to what problems, can make our printing more simple and effective, to improve our office efficiency?
For example, what if we want Word to output the document in alphabetical order?
When we print a document with many pages, Word defaults to always print from the first page to the last page, so when the document is finished printing is the last page at the top, the first page at the bottom, the page number is in reverse order. Now a part of the laser printer can make the output of the document by the page number in positive order, or some printers have two output paper, you can adjust the output of different paper to make the output document in positive order or reverse order. But the vast majority of ink-jet printers can only make the output of the document by page number in reverse order, so we can only hand over all the pages of the reverse sorting, very troublesome. In fact, the printer that has this problem we just need to print in word "file" → "print" → "option" before printing. Select reverse Print to print from the last page to the first page when printing, so that all pages are sorted sequentially when the printer is finished printing.
Two-sided printing tips for Word documents
We usually use the computer when there may be no printing materials, Word is our usual use of the most Office software. Sometimes we want to print many pages of documents in Word, and print on both sides for formatting purposes or to save paper.
The usual way to do this is to select print odd pages or print even pages in the Print Drop-down list box at the bottom of the Print dialog box to achieve double-sided printing. We are set to print odd pages first. After the odd-numbered pages have finished printing, reverse the previously printed paper back to the printer, select print even pages for the setting, and click OK. This enables two-sided printing through two print commands.
We can also use another, more flexible duplex: Open the Print dialog box, select Manual Duplex, and you will see a "Please remove the printed sheet of paper from the paper tray and put it back in the tray, and then ' OK ' press to continue printing" dialog box and start printing odd pages. After you finish typing the previously printed paper back to the printer, and then press the "OK" button in the dialog box, Word will automatically print even pages, so that only one print command.
Comparing the two methods, the latter is more convenient than the former.
