Word Shortcut manual: shortcut keys for viewing help

　　What are the Word shortcut keys ? I am afraid that the most common applications of ctrl+b, Ctrl+e and so on that you currently have are only a small part of it. Small series from today onwards for everyone to publish the various shortcuts used in Word.

Today you'll start by describing the word shortcuts you use when you use the Help task pane and the Help window. Because Help is the most basic word tool, it can take you from unfamiliar to familiar process. Even the knowledge of the accelerator itself can be found in Help. Therefore, it is necessary to master the shortcut keys used in Help first.

In the Help task pane

F1

Show and use the Help task pane

F6

To switch between the Help task pane and Word

Tab

Select the next item in the Help task pane.

Shift+tab

Select the previous item in the Help task pane.

Enter

Performs the action of the selected item.

DOWN ARROW or UP ARROW

In the table of contents, you can select the next and previous items, respectively.

DOWN ARROW and UP ARROW

In the table of contents, you can expand or collapse the selected item, respectively.

ALT + LEFT ARROW

Move back to the first task pane.

ALT + RIGHT ARROW

Move forward to the next task pane.

CTRL + Space key

Open the menu for the task pane.

Ctrl+f1

Close and reopen the current task pane.

Right Arrow

Expand A/+ list.

Left Arrow

Collapses A/+ list.

In the Help window

Tab

Select the next hidden text or hyperlink, or select Show all or hide all at the top of the topic.

Shift+tab

Select the previous hidden text or hyperlink, or select the Browse View button at the top of the Microsoft Office Web article

Enter

Perform actions on the selected show all, hide all, hidden text, or hyperlinks

ALT + LEFT ARROW

Move up to the top a Help topic.

ALT + RIGHT ARROW

Move forward to the next Help topic.

Control+p

Prints the current Help topic.

Up ARROW and DOWN ARROW

In the currently displayed Help topic, scroll up and down in a small range.

Page UP or PAGE Down

In the currently displayed Help topic, scroll up and down a wide range.

Alt+u

Change the Help window so that it is detached from (uneven) word to connect to (tiled) word.

Shift+f10

Display the Command menu for the Help window; Help window must have the current focus (you can click an item in the Help window).
