Word one column and multi-column text quick blending skills

By default, Word's Normal template is formatted as a column, so when we enter a paragraph of text, the format of the input is also a column. However, sometimes we need to use two or three columns after a paragraph of text, but after the text of the column may use a column of paragraphs, that is, often encountered a column and multiple columns mixed in the same document.

By setting up the column format, you can easily implement a column and multiple column blending in the same document. For example, sometimes we write an article, the first section of the introduction of text is a column, after the introduction of the two columns or columns of text, in the end to add a section of the summary, in some abstracts of magazines often encountered this situation.

Let's take a look at how to implement a combination of a column of paragraphs with a multiple-column text.

1. After you create a new document in Word, enter an introductory text, as shown in Figure 1.

2. Position the insertion point below the paragraph, and then select the menu command format | compartment.

3. In the Columns dialog box, select the number of columns you want to divide, such as three columns, and then on the right side of apply to, select after the insertion point, as shown in Figure 2. If you want to add a separator line between the columns and columns, select the check box "separator line." Set Finish Click OK.

4. Enter the text that will appear in the compartment, as shown in Figure 3.

5. Position the insertion point below the end of the column text, and then select the menu command format | column.

6. Select one column in the Columns dialog box, select after insertion point on the right of apply to, as shown in Figure 4, and then click OK.

7. Continue to enter the last summary text, as shown in Figure 5.

This makes it easy to implement a format that coexists with multiple columns of text in the same document.
