Sometimes some text is downloaded from the Internet, and it is found that the punctuation is in Half-width Latin. If it is a comma, a period is also said that a "find and replace" in Word, but the Western language does not have the first quotation marks and after the quotation marks, to our changes caused inconvenience. In fact, just copy the text to Word and then choose AutoFormat under the Format menu. Instead of making any selections in the window shown in Figure 1, click on the OK button, and you'll be pleasantly surprised to find that all the single quotes in Word have been changed to double quotes in Chinese.
Small Tips
★ This feature is only available in the Simplified Chinese version of Word XP, and Word with the English version plus Chinese-language package does not have this feature.
★ If you click the figure 1 "OK" button and find that the Latin quotation mark change does not take effect, you can click the Options button in Figure 1 and select the check box in the Options window that appears in Figure 2, and then click the "OK" button before you convert it.
