word usage tips: teach you how to replace text with pictures

1. First copy the picture to the Clipboard, and then open the Replacement dialog box;

2. Enter the text to be replaced in the Find what box;

3. Then enter "^c" in the "Replace with" box (note: The input must be half-width characters, c to lowercase), click Replace.


"^c" means that the instruction WORDXP replaces the contents of the Find what box with the contents of the Clipboard. By this principle, "^c" can also replace any visual content, including a carriage return, that can be copied to the Clipboard, or even an Excel table.
