A lot of friends download all sorts of wonderful ringtones from the web-it's a really nice treat. But do you want to add a background music every time you open a particular Word document?
In fact, just make simple settings. We can add our favorite songs as background music for some specific Word documents so that you can listen to the wonderful songs each time you open the document ...
Do the relevant preparation work
Hardware preparation: First, make sure your computer is properly configured with sound cards, speakers, and related hardware devices, which opens the Device Manager window, where you can check if there is a question mark or exclamation point under the voice, video, and game controllers to ensure that the default player plays the music without any problems.
Software Preparation: Check to see if Word is fully installed, if a typical installation was selected at the time of installation. You can select Add or Remove Programs from the Control Panel, locate Microsoft Office profissionalplus 2007, right-click Select Change, and then select Add or Remove Features in the window that pops up and reinstall the missing related components into the system.
Add a background music to Word 2003
As there are still a lot of people using w0rd 2003. So we'll start with the following:
Step 1: Open the Word document for which you want to add a background music, choose Header and Footer from the View menu, and automatically activate the Header and Footer toolbar, where you can drag the toolbar to the appropriate location and click the mouse. Switch from the default header state to the footer editing area.
Open the Object dialog box from the Insert menu and drag the slider to find the Windows Media Player object here. When you are sure to insert it in the footer editing area, you will see a Black control window in the footer editing area.
Step 2: Right-click the Control window and open the Properties dialog box from the shortcut menu. Click the (Custom) button, and click the "..." button that appears with the rightmost edge. The WindowsMedia Player Properties dialog box pops up, and the appropriate music file name is entered manually at the file or URL. Click the browse button that follows to import the file.
Step 3: Because we want to play the background music every time we open the Word document, we need to check the AutoPlay checkbox, and the play count needs to be increased appropriately because the default playback count is "1". This means that the background music is played only the first time the document is opened. This is not our intention, the proposal is set to "999". Here you will also need to change the "selection mode" to "invisible".
We will see the name of the song just added successfully in the URL of the Properties dialog box, and Close this dialog box to return to the main Word window for saving. Later, each time we open the document, we can hear the sweet song, and the footer will not show the mini play box, if you need to remove the background music in the Word document, you can go back to the footer editing area to delete.
