Word2007 How to make light bulb luminous effect

Here's a black and white light bulb I found in the clip, for example, to set the glow effect.

1. Click to select Clip Art to edit, switch to the Picture Tools-Format tab, click the Picture Effects button in the Picture Styles feature panel, select Glow in the pop-up drop-down menu, and select a glow effect in the glow variations.
