The previous small series describes the way to insert a table in a Word2007 document, either directly or through the Insert Table dialog box to make row and column precise settings, but we can also customize the table by drawing the table's function.
In step 1th, open the Word2007 document window and switch to the Insert Ribbon. Click the table button in the table group, and select Draw table from the Open Table menu.

Step 2nd, the mouse pointer renders a pencil shape, dragging the left mouse button in the Word document to draw the table border. The rows and columns are then plotted in the appropriate place.

Step 3rd, when you finish drawing the table, press ESC on your keyboard, or in the Design tab of the Table Tools Ribbon, click the Draw Table button in the drawing borders group to end the table drawing status.

Tip: If you need to delete a row or column while you are drawing or setting up a table, you can click the Erase button in the drawing borders group in the Design tab of the table Tools Ribbon. The mouse pointer renders the eraser shape, and you can delete the row or column by dragging the left mouse button on a specific row or column line. Press the ESC key on the keyboard to cancel the erase state.
