Paragraph alignment refers to how the paragraph is arranged horizontally. In Word 2007, paragraphs are aligned in 5, with text left, centered, text right, justified, and distributed, and the default alignment is justified by the alignment of the two sides to the same line. " The following is a detailed description of how paragraph alignment is set up.
(1) Click the Center button.
1. Position the cursor in the title text.
2. Click the Center button in the paragraph group under the Start tab.
(2) View the effect.
At this point, the text is horizontally aligned to the middle of the document to see the setting effect.
(3) Click the Text Right alignment button.
1. Position the cursor in the subtitle of the document.
2. Click the text Right button in the paragraph group.
(4) View the effect.
At this point, the text is horizontally aligned to the rightmost position of the document to see the setting effect.
(5) Click the Distribute Align button.
1. Select the body portion of the document.
2. Click the Distribute Align button in the paragraph group.
(6) View the effect.
Click elsewhere in the document to cancel the selection of the text, at which point the selected text will be distributed to the document.
