We might use a ruler when editing a document with Word2007. By default, the rulers are not displayed at the top and left of the Word2007 document editing interface. Here are two small ways to display rulers.
If we need to view the top ruler temporarily, you can move the mouse over the top of the page, wait a few seconds, and the ruler will appear. Note: The mouse position must be placed correctly, otherwise you will not see the ruler.
To temporarily view the left ruler, move the mouse to the left edge of the page, and if the position is correct, the vertical ruler will change after a few seconds.
If we need the ruler to always show up, very simply, there is a small ruler icon above the right scroll bar. It doesn't look that much, and when you click it, the ruler appears.
Click the "Ruler" button again, and the ruler will disappear.
