1, click the Insert tab, click SmartArt in the Illustrations control group, click Hierarchy on the left in the Select a SmartArt Graphic dialog box, select a style in the middle column, and finally click OK.
2. In the left Text pane, enter the text in each small box in the organization chart from the highest level in the organization structure.
3, if found that the small box in the chart is not enough, if you want to add a logistics vice President box, you can right-click the vice-Clerk box, click Add Shape on the shortcut menu that pops up, choose Add shape after or add shape to top, add shape to bottom, add shapes below.
Enter text in the Text pane or by clicking the inserted small box directly.
Right-click the Assistant vice President box, click Add Shape on the pop-up shortcut menu → add a shape below, and add a subordinate organization frame.
Enter the text in the newly inserted organization frame.
4, in the Organization Chart general box in the blank left click CTRL + A (select All), and then click the Start tab, in the Font control group, set the font, font size, and so on.
5. You can drag the control points around the general frame of the organization chart to adjust the size of the organization chart.
6. Under the new SmartArt Tools, click the Design tab, and you can select the three-dimensional organization chart style in the SmartArt Style control group.
Click Change color in the SmartArt Style control group to select a preset organization chart color.
7. In the Create Graphics control group under the Design tab, you can change the left and right order of the organization chart by selecting Right-to-left.
8, if you want to delete an organization chart of a small box, you can right-click the small box four boxes, in the Pop-up shortcut menu select "Cut" can be.
9. In the layout control group under the Design tab, select the Organization chart style (which is actually a hierarchy chart) to change the organization chart style, and then you can add "Assistant" to a small box after changing it to a real organization chart.
10. After clicking a small box, click Change Shape in the Shapes control group under the Format tab to change the shape of each small box in the organization chart individually.
Click CTRL + A to select all the organization charts in the blank space in the organization Chart's general box, and then select a shape style in the Shape Styles control group.
But do not choose the bottom line style (strong effect), choose this style of the small box between the lines are not shown.
Left-click a box in the organization chart, and then click Shape Fill in the Shape Styles control group to fill the small box with a different color, picture, or texture.
Click Shape effects to set the shadow, glow, three-dimensional rotation, and so on.
If you're not feeling well, you can also right-click the small box in the org chart and choose Format Shape on the pop-up shortcut menu to make more detailed settings.
11. Click the left mouse button in the general frame of the organization chart to select all organization charts, and then select a WordArt style in the WordArt styles control group.
If the text is large enough, you can also click Text fill to select a color or a picture, a texture to fill the middle of the text.
Clicking text Effects also gives you a richer set of effects on text. After these settings, and then dissolve into your own aesthetic point of view, beautiful organization chart is fresh out of the oven.
