Word2010 How to add a SmartArt graphic

Some office workers are very fond of using SmartArt graphics, because they can express their views very clearly and aptly. So how do you insert Word2010 in a rich, expressive SmartArt graphic?

In step 1th, open the Word2010 document window and switch to the Insert Ribbon. Click the SmartArt button in the illustrations group, as shown in Figure 1.

Step 2nd, in the Select SmartArt Graphic dialog box that opens, click the category name on the left to select the appropriate category, and then click to select the desired SmartArt graphic in the right side of the dialog box, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2.

Step 3rd, return to the Word2010 document window and click the text placeholder in the inserted SmartArt graphic to enter the appropriate text, as shown in Figure 3.

SmartArt graphics are widely used, and many users like to include a graphic in their own documents to express their more abstract views.
