to add a new style, follow these steps:

Step One: First edit the document in Word with the original default style without indenting or font size changes.

Step two: In the Start column, there is a small label, open the small sign can see the following figure 2,

Step three: Choose to create a new style

Step four: Then click Modify to change according to our needs, such as font, size, and paragraph. The paragraph changes can refer to Figure 2 below

Step Five: We set the first line indent 2 characters in a paragraph, with a line spacing of 1.5 times times

Step six: After saving, you can find the style you just set in the gallery, then place the mouse over the paragraph you want to use, and then click the style you want, and the entire paragraph is finished.
