The following steps are used to create a document using a template:
Step one: Open the Word2013 document window, and click the "file" → "new" button.
Step two: In the open new Panel, users can click Word2013 built-in templates such as "calligraphy copybook" to create documents, as well as online templates such as report design, syllabus, and more. This example selects the Activity Flyer Word template, as shown in Figure 1.

Step three: Open the Template information prompt box, prompt that the template is provided by Microsoft, click the Create button to start downloading the Word template, as shown in Figure 2.

Step four: When you finish downloading a Word template, you will automatically open the Word document that you created using the template, which you can edit in the Word document, as shown in Figure 3.

Step five: Users can enter Word template keywords in the template search box (for example, enter a "manual") to search for more online templates for office sites, as shown in Figure 4.
