the steps for creating an option button for a document are as follows:

Step three: Leave the option button selected, and click the Properties button in the Controls group.
Step four: After the "Caption" property in the pop-up Properties dialog box, change the text box text to "male". You can resize a button by using the mouse.
Step five: Use the same method to create a button with the text "female". (Or you can select the option button that retains the text you want to modify by copying the previous button, and click the Properties button in the Controls group.) Make changes in the Properties dialog box)
Step Six: Finally click the Developer tab, the design mode button in the control area to exit the edit state of the option button and complete the operation.
