Set the following steps for modifying and deleting a file password:
Step One: First double-click the Word document with the password and enter the correct password to open the file.
Step Two: Click on the file in the upper left corner (traditional version called file)
Step three: Follow the image below, click on the message → encrypt the file → password to encrypt the file
Step four: Open the Password Settings window, where you can set, modify, delete the password, then modify your password again, if you need to remove the password, this directly remove the password here.
Step five: Click Close, here Note, be sure to click to save the document, otherwise the password remains intact
