Use the Review feature method one:
Step One: Open the paper to be modified;
Step two: Press "revise" in Word's review module;
Step three: In the revision mode, any changes to the paper will leave traces of the changes; (for example, we will use a word for a * instead, it will appear in the diagram of the effect)
Step four: When we want to see the modified final version directly, you can change the option next to "Modify" to "final state";
Step five: If you want to make changes to a paragraph or a sentence, you can create a new annotation;
Step Six: We first select the part of the paper to give suggestions, click "New Annotation", then we select that part will become red, there will be a small box with a note, in the small box we can enter our suggestions!
Using the Review feature method two:
Step 1th, open the Word2013 document window, click the file → options command, and so on, as shown in Figure 2013041501.
Step 2nd, in the Open Word Options dialog box, click the Custom Ribbon button on the left, as shown in Figure 2013041502.
Step 3rd, open the Custom Ribbon tab, and in the Custom Ribbon List Main tab area on the right, select the Review check box to display the Review tab. Canceling the Review check box does not display the Review tab. When you are finished, click the OK button, as shown in Figure 2013041503.
