Workaround for Excel to display only one window in the taskbar
Friends have encountered this problem before, this time I met, accustomed to the kind of the previous in the taskbar display all windows, easy to use ALT + TAB key to switch.
If you open many Excel workbooks at the same time, multiple workbook window buttons are typically displayed in the desktop taskbar. If the taskbar only displays an Excel window button, all of the workbook windows appear only inside the Excel program window, perhaps the relevant settings have been changed, and can be changed back to the settings by the following method:
In Excel 2003, click menu tools → options, select the View tab, and select Windows in taskbar.
In Excel 2007, click office Button →excel options → advanced, and in the display area, select Show All windows in taskbar.
Also, if the Group similar Tasks button is set in the taskbar, all Excel window buttons are not displayed in the taskbar. For XP, for example, you can set the following settings to ungroup: Right-click in the blank of the taskbar, select Properties from the popup shortcut menu, and in the taskbar and Start Menu Properties dialog box that pops up, uncheck Group similar taskbar buttons, and then click OK.
