The solution is to:
~ networksetup-listallnetworkservices List all NETWORK Service information
~ Networksetup-setv6off "Ethernet" stops the IPV6 service corresponding to the NIC
~ networksetup-setmanual "Ethernet" 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1 manually set the IP address of the network card
