NET site, there is a function is to export data, found an export error, error content is: SQL Server blocked the component ' Ad Hoc distributed Queries ' STATEMENT ' openrowset/ OpenDataSource ' access because this component has been shut down as part of this server's security configuration. System administrators can enable ' Ad Hoc distributed Queries ' by using sp_configure. For more information about enabling ' Ad Hoc distributed Queries ', see "surface area Configurator" in SQL Server Books Online.
Look at the error prompt to know that because the SQL Server ad hoc distributed queries component is disabled, here I use the SQL Server version is 2005, only need to open the ad hoc distributed queries on it, Here's how:
1. Open the ad HOC distributed queries component and execute the following statement in the SQL Query Editor:
exec sp_configure ' show advanced options ', 1
