So, download, reboot, install failed, download ... have been circulating, do not dare to shut down, because it is too waste of time. Find a way on the internet but it doesn't seem to work:

One, may be a firewall problem, check whether the firewall is turned on:
1, press "Win+r" to open the "Run" window, enter "services.msc" command and press ENTER.
2. Verify that Windows Firewall and the Internet Connection Sharing service are enabled.
3, if not enabled, right click on "Start" and double-click open to see if the Startup type is disabled, set to Automatic.
Second, there may be a temporary problem:
Cancel the software installation, and then download the installation again.

This method does not work ah, maybe I am not a firewall problem, if your friends encounter the update system installation failure, you might want to try this method first. Then a method was found:

1. Enter services.msc, locate the Windows Update Service, and stop the Windows Update Service.
(Set the Startup type to "Disabled" and click the "Stop" button below to stop the Windows Update Service.) ）
2. Rename or delete the WIN10 installation Partition C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder.
3. Then go back to the Service Manager window, open the Windows Update Properties window, set the startup type to "Automatic", and then click on the "Start" button below to open the Windows Update Service.
This completes the reset of the Windows Update Service. Then go to the Windows Update check and download the update, and you'll find that the download and installation process is going to get a lot smoother.
In fact C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\ may only need to delete download this directory.

But I tried two times this method or not ah, really pit Ah!
