The server environment is WIN2008 R2, which installs the latest version of server U.

User reflects the root directory can not open a Level two folder, error 550%s:permission denied, to the console after the check, found that the user has full access to the FTP account, try to delete the re-FTP account, still error. Then again check the local folder NTFS permissions, found that the level two folder is set to separate permissions, do not inherit permissions from the parent directory, and only the administrator account has access rights. So try to add Administrators group permissions to the level two folder, and then test the FTP mode open, problem solved!
