Workaround for installing Oracle Database 12c [INS-30131] error on Windows 7 64bit

The following error occurred with the installation of Oracle Database 12c on Windows 7 64bit:

Workaround:

First step: Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Administrative Tools > Services >server Startup


Step two: Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > System Tools > Shared Folders > Sharing

  right-click Sharing > New Share > click "Next" >  


Click "Browse" >

Select "Local Disk (C:)" > OK   click "Next";     Click "Yes" > "Next";
    " Share name" Enter "C $" > "Next";   Select the appropriate option for the permission (select the second or third item). click "Finish";
   click "Finish";

 rerun the Setup program.   ok!
