1. One of the simple things is to add a comma in English before the cell contents of the number and date. If the data is more, you can also batch add commas prefix (online there are methods). (This is relatively suitable when the amount of data is relatively small, if the amount of data is relatively large, we recommend that you use Method 2)
2. The CType of the contents of the cell is determined by the program code to resolve
